DESIGN TIPS

• Microsoft Publisher, Word and PowerPoint files cannot be opened
• If more than one file type is supplied, there is a greater chance of existing digital files being able to be used.
• All email and transfer disk files are virus scanned.
• Email – Convert text to paths/outlines for vector art
• CD – Fonts used to create artwork should be supplied with digital files unless text is already converted to paths/outlines/curves.
• PMS Spot colours should be included in art files instead of CMYK/RGB equivalent.
• Artwork taken from business cards and letterhead needs to be re-worked and may incur a charge.
