QUANTITY
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY?
Even though it varies from item to item if you refer to the guides below you shouldn’t
have any problems!
Headwear: Most hats minimum quantity is 300pcs, however there are some exceptions
such as:
- Straw Hats – 1200pcs
- Poly Cotton (4005/3800) – 1200pcs
- Corduroy – 1200pcs
- Crew Cap (4090) – 2000pcs
Bags: Bags are a bit more of a sure thing and you can generally get 200-250pcs minimum
with the exception of Non Wovens’ which are 1000pcs.
Jackets: Jackets vary quite a bit from style to style so it best to check with us
but it’s generally between 250-500pcs.
Quantities are ALWAYS negotiable so please contact us if you are unsure.
CFO
WHAT IS CFO?
CFO is a Custom Factory Order. This can be anything from an out there cap to a beach
tent to polo shirt. A CFO item is anything that has been completely customized and
is on the opposite side of the fence to a stock product. Check out the “Something
Different” section for some ideas for a CFO product!
COLOURS
WHAT COLOURS CAN I HAVE?
With Indent the PMS book is your rainbow! There are 3 options available to source your prefect colour combo
Stock Range: This is your basic ‘mix and match’. You can use almost any of our stock colours ways (of the same fabric) and make your own combination to get your desired colour schemes.
Search the Marketplace: China is a BIG place and there is a lot of fabric out there. If you need something that is different from our stock but you don’t need a specific PMS colour then this is probably your best option.
The advantages to searching the marketplace is you can still do the minimum quantity for the product and the price stays the same! However until your sample is approved the fabric is fair game for anyone else out there who wants it so it can be unavailable for your order! With that in mind if you are sticking to a common fabric (such as HBC or 600D) you have a much better chance of getting your fabric.
Note: Some fabrics such as Non Woven and most jackets fabric aren’t available in the marketplace.
Custom Dye: This is the best way to get that perfect PMS colour. We can custom dye to a specific PMS colour; however there is a minimum qty required to custom dye which is generally 10002yds per colour. (Excluding Non-wovens) How much is that you say? 10002yds is approx 3000 caps (of one colour). Some factories may also accept slightly less than 10002yds and charge a ‘small dye fee’ for the extra fabric used. POA.
The other disadvantage is that dying can extend lead times as it can take up to 2 weeks to dye fabric. But if you have a large quantity and a bit of extra time up your sleeve then this is the best way to go
